On Friday, September 12, 2008 at approximately 2:12 AM, Laredo Police Patrol Officers arrested Raul Javier Castaneda, Age 23, after being found in possession of a controlled substance.

He was read his Miranda warnings and then transported to Laredo Police Department.

We was booked and charged with:

Possession of a Controlled Substance F/3
Fail to Identify Fugitive from Justice C/A

Subject was additionally served with an outstanding warrant from Webb County 406th Court for Possession of a Controlled Substance, No Bond.

Subject was then transported to the Webb County Jail where the following bond was set by J.P. Hector Liendo.

$5,000.00 dollars – Possession of a Controlled Substance F/3
2,500.00 dollars – Fail to Identify C/A
No Bond – Warrant Served
