     LAREDO POLICE DEPARTMENT

On Monday, September 08, 2008 at approximately 2:45 AM., Laredo Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Tesoro Plaza Dr., and Tesoro Lane after a person reported a subject with a weapon who tried to commit a robbery.

As Laredo Police Department patrol officers arrived, they proceeded to check the area, where they then observed a male and female by the 5100 block of Tesoro Plaza.

Upon further investigation, at approximately 3:29 AM., Laredo Police patrol officers arrested said subjects.

Arrested and charged with Robbery F/2 were:

Roberto Jaime Madrigal Age 18
Amber Leonor Davis Age 24

Both subjects were transported to the Laredo Police Department, where they were booked and charged. They were then transported to Webb County Jail where bond was later set by J.P. O. Liendo at $40,000.00 dollars each.
