THREE SUBJECTS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION AND ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY OFFICER ABRAHAM DIAZ: On Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at approximately 3:30 PM, Laredo Police Narcotics Officers, Laredo Police K-9, I.C.E. agents, Border Patrol, and A.T.F. served a search warrant at 3507 S. Louisiana Ave. Three male subjects were taken into custody. Arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, F/3, Possession of a Controlled Substance, SJF, and Engaging in Criminal Activity, F/2 were: Hector Martinez Age 30 All male subjects were transported to Laredo Police Department, where they were booked and charged. They were then transported to the Webb County Jail where bond was set by J.P. R. Rangel at $15,000.00 dollars each for the F/3 possession charge; $25,000.00 dollars each for the SJF possession charge and $40,000.00 dollars each for Engaging in Criminal Activity. Total bond for each subject was $80,000.00 dollars. Recovered was .6 grams of Heroin and 3 grams of cocaine. |
