After a Burglary of Vehicle report had been filed by a resident of La Bota Ranch a suspect was identified as Alexis Omar Izaguirre DOB 5/20/91 who resides by 500 Grosbeak. Mr. Izaguirre was arrested and served with an outstanding Warrant #5219 for Credit Card Abuse SJF (9 Counts). Mr. Izaguirre was arrested after being positively identified as the person using several of the victim's stolen credit cards at local department store. Mr. Izaguirre used a total of four (4) credit cards that had been stolen during this burglary in La Bota Ranch. A search of the suspect's residence was conducted and several of the stolen items from this burglary, as well as others, were recovered. Mr. Izaguirre has several other charges pending and will be served with those Warrants on a later date. After interviewing the defendant he stated that one of the major factors in committing this (and other) burglaries was that the vehicles that were left unlocked. This facilitated the commission of this offense without drawing attention to him.
