On Thursday. September 4, 2008 at approximately 10:35 PM, a male subject was taken into custody after a brief chase, at the intersection of San Dario Ave., and Shea St., after he had attempted to steal some property from a business close by.

Booked and charged with Criminal Trespass and Evading Arrest was:

Alejo Martinez Age 46

The male subject was then transported to the Laredo Police Department where he was booked and charged. He was then transported to the Webb County Jail where a total bond was set at $2,000.00 dollars by J.P. Oscar Liendo.
